Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan is a safe and comprehensive system that removes unconscious blocks to our freedom and promotes optimum health.

Kundalini yoga consists of a variety of yoga techniques: postures, movement, specialized breathing, hand gestures, body locks, chanting and sound.

This creates specific effects to strengthen and tone the nerves, glands and organs of the body and ultimately draw the mind and senses inward to experience a deeper state of consciousness, a feeling of blissful union with spirit.

  • Class cost: $10 first class. $15 + gst for series of classes. $18 drop-in rate.

    Workshops

    Restorative Yoga

    Relax and unwind, as you stretch passively over bolsters. Excellent for those with limited mobility, and busy individuals who want to pamper themselves and refocus. Breathe properly and consciously. Get more out of life.
